Previously the site of the NatWest Bank House, Parklake Towers St Kilda Road is now a primarily residential complex. The original construction of 1966 underwent refurbishment in 1983 and later in 1994 it was reconstructed yet again. The eight storey building today has 44 apartments and 4 commercial units on the ground floor. In the basement, there is car parking for about 50 cars.

Accommodation

Built to attract natural light, Parklake Towers St Kilda Road is based on an open plan design. As a result, the living areas are spacious and open onto balcones that looks over the picturesque Albert Park Lake and the bay. The bedrooms may vary in number but each master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Family bathrooms each feature a spa, and  the deluxe kitchens are spacious and the laundry facilities are separate for each apartment. There are other shared facilities like secure entry, a gym, sauna, and a reserved parking space for each apartment in the building.

Location

With the bay and Albert Park Lake in the vicinity, the location of the apartments is one of its main selling points. Central Melbourne is walking distance away and you are also very close to Albert Park, the Australian Grand Prix course and the Albert Park golf course.
