Parklake Towers St Kilda Road
Erstwhile NatWest Bank House, Parklake Towers St Kilda Road is now only majorly a residential complex than an office building. The original construction of 1966 underwent refurbishment in 1983 and later in 1994 was reconstructed to its present shape. More accurately a construction of 1995, the eight storey building today has 44 apartments and 4 commercial units in the ground floor. In the basement, there is car parking for about 50 cars.
Accommodation
Built to soak more natural light and appear larger, Parklake Towers St Kilda Road inside is open plan based. As a result, the living area is spacious and opens onto the balcony that looks over the picturesque Albert Park Lake and the bay. The bedrooms in number may vary but each master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Family bathroom has spa facility; the deluxe kitchen is well-appointed and laundry facility is separate for each apartment. Besides, there are some shared facilities – like security entry, gym, sauna, and of course reserved car parking space for each apartment in the building.
Location
With bay and Albert Park Lake in the neighbourhood, the location of the apartments is certainly fantastic and mesmerising. Central Business District is walking distance away and you are also very close to Albert Park, Australian Grand Prix and the golf course.
